You've seen over the several quarters how disillusioned I've become with the formerly squeaky clean financial reporting of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. (NYSE: WAB). You have to be coal miner to dig deep enough to find anything you want to know about the company's performance. That's never good. Now we see that, despite the mandatory upgrades required to U.S. railroad infrastructure, Wabtec continues to report weak earnings and an even weaker stock price.
