Both work and school need to be managed in a student's life, and I have done that by aligning my career goals with my academic choices. I must let someone take my online class when it is my work off-peak hours. I have the support to take short breaks during work hours when I encounter a study task that calls for my focus. During the evening time, I have set an hour for reviewing any material, and I have been helped by selecting courses from projects that directly relate to my career and vice versa. It is about small adjustments, such as taking up or going online, delegating work to other members, and negotiating the deadline. There's always an opportunity to balance, so these steps serve to build momentum toward success in the long run. Assignment prioritization and communication with the employer and instructor help keep it moving. Designing a system that adapts to my workflow turns challenges into growth opportunities.
